CONTEST RULES:
Contestants should listen for this Song to begin airplay on SE-93 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Airplay of this Song on SE-93 outside the period 9 a.m.-5 p.m., or beyond the particular day it was announced as the "Song of the Day" does not qualify for the purposes of this Contest.

Broadcast of a portion of this Song in the context of a commercial or promotional announcement -- even during the period 9 a.m.-5 p.m. -- does not qualify for the purposes of this Contest.

The title and artist of the Song will change each day.

No purchase is necessary to win.

When the particular day's Song begins airplay on SE-93 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the day it has been announced, the Contestant should call the SE-93 studio at 716-664-9393.

Caller 93 will then win $93.00 from Media One Group LLC.

If caller 93 or any other members of his or her household have previously won a Prize in the last 30 days, he or she will be disqualified, and the SE-93 DJ will answer the next call received, repeating this qualification process until an eligible Contestant is obtained to win the money.

You can only win once per year with this contest.

SE-93 is not responsible for telephone technical malfunctions, disconnections or interruptions, power outages or other Acts of God or Chances of Fate which render the studio telephones or broadcasting equipment inoperative, and SE-93 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Contest until such malfunctions are corrected.

All Contestants must be at least 18 years of age, must possess a valid Drivers License or Social Security Card.

Winner must provide MEDIA ONE GROUP LLC a social security number to claim prize.

Employees and their immediate families of MEDIA ONE GROUP LLC their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies -- are ineligible to win.

SE-93 reserves the right to amend these rules at any time during the Contest period; such amendments will be made available at the SE-93 studios and on the http://www.se933.com/ website.
